How long does it take to make a custom rug?

It depends on how many I am doing at a time, so if Im doing 3-4, it usually takes 2-3 weeks.

How do I keep my rug clean?

Use small amount of dish soap and mild warm water. Slightly dab with washcloth. Use a vacuum on low setting to remove loose hairs. Using a lint remover will also help remove any unwanted threads.

What is the return policy?

No refunds on any Rugsnkisses products, with the exception of a package going missing. If USPS loses your package, a refund will be set.

Does Rugsnkisses offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, shipping is only available in the United States.
